Product Manager, Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Role description
As a Product Manager for our DAM solution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings for both traditional media, digital publishing and broadcast markets. You will be responsible for market analysis, product strategy, and defining a clear vision that ensures our asset management products remain innovative and competitive. You’ll work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our customer base.
With broadcast organizations in mind, your familiarity with MAM workflows will be crucial as you develop a product roadmap, set priorities, and develop go-to-market strategies. You'll also play a critical role in creating competitive positioning and identifying key market problems with proof points.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the DAM and MAM market.
- Define and execute product strategy, positioning, and market differentiation.
- Lead a long-term product roadmap and prioritize initiatives aligned with business value and strategic goals.
- Act as the voice of the market internally, working with other teams and executive leadership to align product goals with our business objectives.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing and competitive positioning.
- Identify and manage risks related to product development and market entry.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or related fields, with a strong understanding of Media Asset Management (MAM) workflows in the broadcast sector.
- Solid track record of developing and executing product strategy, with the ability to translate market needs into actionable initiatives.
- Strong market analysis and competitive positioning skills.
- Great analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with driving roadmaps, pricing, and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Ability to work from our offices in Hamburg, Copenhagen, or Aarhus, with the flexibility to travel if needed.
