We have an ongoing dialogue to provide our customers with optimal utilization of their CUE systems and focus on optimizing their business processes through continued upgrades and relevant input on how to implement existing and future features. And, of course, by having a close partnership with all our customers.

Solution Optimization is part of our Professional Services department, and the role will be in Aarhus.

The job as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for deliveries to our existing customers, typically collaborating with our other departments. The service deliveries usually consist of upgrades, service agreements, development tasks, and customer advice. In the role of SDM, you will, i.a., be responsible for:

  • Leading the service delivery on customers, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Management overall daily volume of requests and ticket management.
  • Proactive follow-up of tasks and focus on ensuring that our customers receive the best service in collaboration with our Customer Success Managers.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining Service Delivery policies and procedures.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you can take the lead in service delivery with many stakeholders. You focus on ensuring fast and efficient handling of tasks and have the ability to ensure that processes are improved.

We expect you to:

  • Be committed to delivering customer service excellence and high-quality work.
  • Have a higher education in IT.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role from an IT company.
  • Maintain an overview in pressured situations.
  • Be a team player with good teamwork skills.
  • Communicate both internally and externally and build relationships with customers.
  • Be good at prioritizing your tasks based on what provides the most value to customers.
  • Have structure and can ensure the development and execution of well-defined processes and methods. Results-oriented, and focuses on plan and details.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English writing and speaking. If you are able to speak and write in German it will be an advantage.
  • Have experience with i.e., Jira as a management tool.
