Global Sales Manager with focus on UK&I

Stibo DX are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Sales Manager with focus on UK&I to join our global sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by leading our sales efforts in UK&I, but also with selected opportunities on a global scale.

We specialize in providing cutting-edge headless Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions to prominent media groups, including large publishers and broadcasters. The role

Your primary focus will be to engage with leading media groups to establish strategic partnerships to promote our industry-leading headless CMS, enterprise DAM, and print solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers and key influencers within leading media groups, presenting our value proposition and building strong relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, ensuring maximum market penetration
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential customers
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.


We are seeking a motivated sales professional with knowledge of the media industry particularly in UK&I.

The ideal candidate will present the following qualifications:

  • Ambitious and passionate about helping media groups in their success through enterprise technology for content creation with high levels of complexity and automation
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in global sales, preferably within the software/SaaS industry
  • Good understanding of the media industry and its unique challenges
  • Experience in selling headless CMS and/or DAM solutions is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes with complex buying centers
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Native English speaker, other languages are a strong plus
  • Ability to travel globally as required
