Reimagined journalism, reimagined newsroom

In this keynote, Lars Bjørn Falkenberg, CEO of Stibo DX, explores the forces pulling everyone along - consolidation, convergence, and innovation - and why reimagining journalism also means reimagining how a newsroom works day to day: new roles, new handovers, new decisions. The goal is not an "AI newsroom", but a trusted and coordinated one where technology amplifies journalism.

The Cue platform vision

The harder question today is not how to generate content, but how to control AI in practice - governance, approvals, and auditability - so it supports journalism without eroding editorial trust. In this keynote, Mark van de Kamp, Chief Product and Chief Innovation Officer, looks at two shifts that are changing this: AI agents that move people from producing to supervising, and multimedia storytelling, where the story itself, not the channel, becomes the unit of work. The session introduces the newsroom Cue is built to enable: one shared story that everyone works from, automation that follows clear rules, and human oversight built in by design.

Flexible by design: The next generation of Print Automation

Print Automation should strengthen a publication's identity, not dilute it. This session by Julie Wyatt, Product Manager at Stibo DX, shows how recent innovations in Cue Print and Cue Print Automation expand design flexibility, support a wider variety of publication styles, and enable greater automation coverage while preserving brand voice, editorial control and visual distinctiveness.

Strengthening the foundation of Cue

The media industry is evolving rapidly, creating new expectations for how platforms are operated, integrated, and evolved over time. Join CTO Jesper Broni Andersen for a look at how we’re modernising and strengthening the Cue platform through operational simplification, cloud technologies, and increased standardisation. You’ll learn how these investments help reduce complexity, improve operability, lower total cost of ownership, and prepare the platform for future innovation.

Your technology roadmap is your business strategy in execution

From strategic ambition to operating model, platform blueprint and adoption pathway. Technology roadmaps are often treated as lists of upgrades, replacements and product initiatives. But decisions about consolidation, standardization, AI, platform ownership and SaaS are ultimately business decisions. In this session, Jakob Laursen explores how media organizations can translate their strategic ambitions into a future operating model, a platform blueprint and a practical pathway from today’s reality to tomorrow’s organization. Drawing on patterns from large media groups, the session examines what to unify, where to preserve flexibility, how Cue can enable the resulting operating model, and why technology, organizational and commercial change must move together.

What if the entire editorial workflow could be connected around the story? Cue Hive brings planning, collaboration, content creation, and publishing together across the Cue platform. During this session with Christian Loiborg, Senior Product Manager at Stibo DX, discover how newsrooms can reduce friction, coordinate across teams and channels, and maintain a shared understanding of the story from the first idea to the audience.

From storage to resource: maximizing content utilization across an integrated platform with Cue Dam

A well-managed archive is more than a storage system. It is the foundation for content reuse, editorial efficiency, and long-term value creation. In this session with Sebastian Loss, Product Manager for Assets & Core Services, he explores how Cue Dam helps organizations ingest, enrich, govern, and surface their content while strengthening the Cue platform's ability to connect assets with editorial production. The result is a streamlined media library that is easier to access, navigate and get value from.

Beyond the model race: A strategic framework for managing intelligence in media

New models, tools and agents are arriving faster than media organizations can reasonably build strategy around them. In this session, Marie Bering, Vice President, Product Management at Stibo DX, explores how media organizations can respond to the rapid pace of AI innovation. One useful response may be to treat intelligence as a resource: something that can be measured, exchanged and applied where it creates value. Drawing on emerging thinking around tokenomics, one possible strategic lens is to separate the intelligence being consumed from the value being created, and build systems flexible enough to change the intelligence underneath without changing the outcome they are designed to produce.

The agentic newsroom - governed by design

Newsrooms are not short of AI tools. They are short of a place to put them. Every AI tool a newsroom adopts today runs outside the editorial system - its own interface, its own log, its own rules. In this session Henrik Dudek Povlsen, Director, Innovation at Stibo DX, will explore how the Agentic Newsroom puts one workflow engine underneath the whole flow and brings agents inside Cue as governed participants in it.

Your path to SaaS: A practical journey you can start tomorrow

Moving to SaaS does not have to be a disruptive leap. In this session, Morten Kvist Thomsen will talk about how customers can start the journey to Stibo DX SaaS today, with clear guidance, expert assistance, and measurable value along the way. The session covers the journey from your current environment to Stibo DX SaaS, how Stibo DX helps mitigate risk, complexity, and investment concerns throughout the transition, and how you can begin the journey immediately with a clear first step and a practical plan.

Agentic in practice: The workflow engine - run the process, keep the record

Newsrooms settle a way of working and then run it thousands of times, and most of that running happens outside anything that knows it is a process. In this session Jesper Weltz, Lead Software Engineer at Stibo DX, looks at the workflow engine as the place that process lives: how intake, production, approval and publishing are defined and fine-tuned by your own superusers, how each handoff becomes a step rather than a message, and what it changes when every step is recorded and the process can be adjusted in days rather than a budget cycle.

Your journey beyond SaaS - Partnering and support for continuous value

In this session Pernille Kjærgaard Dahlberg, Vice President, Support & Service Management at Stibo DX, will demonstrate how Global Services enables customers to achieve value realization and continuously evolve their operations.

Agentic in practice: The AI office and human in the loop

The newsroom workflow no longer has to be one long chain of statuses and handovers. In this session Marie Bering, Vice President, Product Management at Stibo DC, will explore how content can follow a simple editorial lifecycle — draft, ready, publish — while the work around it runs as parallel Cue Hive tasks. On top, automation and agents orchestrate what happens next, while editors decide where humans stay in the loop.

Agentic in practice: AI in Print - Automation Starts Before the Page

Print automation is often viewed as a page production challenge, but many of the obstacles originate earlier in the editorial workflow. This session with Julie Wyatt, Product Manager at Stibo DX, explores how AI improves content readiness through planning and content preparation, helping newsrooms increase automation success while reducing cost and production effort.

From text to multimodal: Introducing Cue Video

Multimodal journalism should not require a disconnected set of specialist workflows. Cue Video brings accessible video creation into the Cue platform, allowing video to become part of the same end-to-end editorial journey as other content. This session with Christian Loiborg, Senior Product Manager at Stibo DX, introduces a more connected way for newsrooms to create and publish stories across formats.
