Stibo DX is transitioning the Atlassian platform (Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira) to the cloud to give you access to the latest features, improved reliability, and new AI-powered capabilities. The tools your teams use every day will remain familiar, and most personal settings will carry over automatically. Guidance and support will be available throughout the transition.

What is changing and what to expect:

  • Moving to Atlassian Cloud brings a faster, more scalable platform, enhanced collaboration capabilities, enterprise grade security with automated updates, and a modernized, more intuitive user experience.
  • New URLs for Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira will be shared closer to the migration-date. Existing links will continue to work through temporary redirects until the end of 2026, and users with dashboards, saved filters, or other custom settings should perform a brief review after the migration.
  • From September 21, Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira will be available in Atlassian Cloud. Prior to the webinar, no immediate action is required.
